A fascinating scene was viewed outside Vice- Chancellor’s chamber when NSUI activists who were wearing black ribbons and holding black flags in their hands, tied those ribbons and flags on official vehicle of Vice- Chancellor.

The protest demonstration was led by Ajay Kumar, National Delegate, NSUI in the presence of Neeraj Kundan, State President, NSUI.
Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Kumar said that it is a very shameful act on the part of university administration that besides the protest from several days, University administration is having a silence as well as dictatorial attitude shown by Vice-Chancellor is not acceptable. The students are the fee payers but according to the statement of Vice-Chancellor, students have no right to indulge themselves in administrative matters which depicts the arrogance of the University administration. To show anger to this dictatorial-cum-arrogant attitude of Vice-Chancellor, NSUI today held a black flag march inside University campus.
Further, Choudhary Naseeb Ali said that NSUI is fighting for the cause of students and will continue its fight till the existence of moon and stars in the sky.
Later, the Vice-Chancellor met the NSUI activists after the protest and assured them that University administration will solve this till June 30, administration will fill the posts of incharge (Zorawar Singh Auditorium), manager (guest house), Law Officer and will remove all officials of Jammu University who have multi-administrative posts.
Finally, NSUI expressed gratitude to all the students who supported them during this struggle.
